Yoga Class Schedule:

Tuesday evenings: All-Levels Yoga ~ 6:45-8pm at HRH YMCA (must preregister for classes--visit indymca.org)

*new series begins January 10th and runs through February 21st cost is $55 for Y members/$93 for non-members

Thursday evenings: Vinyasa Flow ~6:30--7:45PM (must preregister for classes--visit hendricks.org)

*new series begins January 12th and runs through February 9th cost is $30 for 5 week series

Friday afternoons: Yoga For Beginners~ 12:15-1pm at HRH YMCA (members only)

 Corporate/Private Yoga Classes:

Let us bring yoga to you! Corporate classes can be arranged for after work or lunchtime at the office! Private classes are also available for small groups, or individual instruction.  All you need to bring is your mat!  For more information and pricing, call 317-371-9264.
